” Well Pomi, the new year is almost here. What are your resolutions for 2014?”

” I don’t have any.”

” Why not?” 

” Because I don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions. People are setting themselves up for failure. Have you ever seen anyone stick to their New Year’s resolutions?   People talk a lot at the end of the year. They make plans and promises,  they write lists and develop strategies, and they party. Then the new year arrives. The parties are over and the excitement is too. A few days into the new year and all is back to normal, the resolutions forgotten or abandoned. So what’s the point? I have a wish for the New Year. For you, for myself, for everyone:
