Looking for a Place to Stay
“Out, looking for a new place to stay.”
“What’s wrong with this one?”
“Our lease is running out.”
“We only just got here? It’s not even been two months. Why didn’t you rent this place for longer? I like it here.” “You do?”
“Of course I do. It’s nice and cozy. I don’t want to move. Your new lifestyle doesn’t suit me. Don’t turn me into a gypsy just because you can’t make up your mind about where you want to live.”
“What is it like then? Anyway, I need a home. I hate living out of two suitcases.”
“At least we have two suitcases and not just one.”
“Very funny. I don’t want to move. I want to stay here.”
“But we are going to move and we will move again after that. Things have changed. Desperate times call for desperate measures.”
“Oh, now we’re desperate?”
“No, that’s just an expression.”
“I’m a sensitive guy.”
“Delicate.”
“Are you making fun of me?”
“I wouldn’t dare.”
Touching. Love the last photo. And from the story point of view, this episode is a good hook. Creates suspense. We care about Pomi and want to know what will happen, if he will find the home that he longs for.
In two hours I am going to see another apartment. Let us hope it is nice. Unfortunately Pomi does not want to go with me ;-).
awwwe poor guy!
I will find a nice home for him :-).
🙂
